* Principal Certification or Mid-Management Certification

* 3 years Administrative experience preferred

* Supervises all campus activities and programs

* Development, revision, and evaluation of the curriculum

* Establishes and maintains an effective learning climate in the school

* Plan, organize and direct implementation of all school activities

* Prepare and administer the school budget and supervise school finances

* Assumes responsibilities for the implementation and observances of all Board policies and regulations concerning school personnel and students

* Conduct faculty meetings

* Attend special events held to recognize student achievements, and attends school sponsored activities, functions, athletic events, and board meetings

* Establish positive relationships and interact with students and parents

* Holds the responsibility for official campus correspondence and news releases

* Acts as a liason between the school and the community, interpreting activities and policies of the school and encouraging community participation in school life

* Responsible for the maintenance of accurate student academic records

* Responsible for the maintenance and safety of the school

* Additional responsibilities as required

* Must pass background check/fingerprinting
