The Part-Time Student Ministry Director will oversee the Student Ministry of West Oaks Church, serving students in grades 6–12. This role focuses on discipling students in Jesus Christ by cultivating meaningful relationships with students, equipping volunteer leaders, and implementing a ministry strategy that aligns with the overall mission and vision of West Oaks Church. The Student Ministry Director will work closely with the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor to ensure theological alignment, leadership development, and effective ministry to students and their families.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Lead the Student Ministry in accordance with Ephesians 4:11–13
, equipping the saints for the work of ministry and building up the body of Christ. - Be available to teach or preach the Bible when requested.
- Identify, recruit, train, and lead current and new volunteers to serve in Student Ministry.
- Oversee the planning and execution of Student Ministry camp.
- Work alongside the elders and church staff to support the overall mission and vision of West Oaks Church.
