Qualifications & Experience:

• Active COTA certification required
• Pediatric experience highly preferred
• Previous work in a school or educational environment is a plus
• Familiarity with IEPs and progress documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with occupational therapists and school staff to deliver interventions aligned with student IEPs
• Assist in developing and modifying classroom activities and accommodations to maximize participation
• Provide direct, hands-on therapy to students to improve their fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate in meetings to support student outcomes
• Engage in ongoing communication with teachers, parents, and related service providers
