As a Preschool Gymnastics Instructor, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, working with our youngest athletes to help them grow and shine. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading fun and interactive gymnastics classes tailored to preschool-aged children.
• Teaching basic gymnastics skills while ensuring safety and proper technique.
• Creating a welcoming and positive environment that encourages learning and participation.
• Communicating effectively with parents about their child’s progress and milestones.
• Maintaining a clean and organized gym space to ensure a safe environment for all.

We’re seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a teaching, coaching, or similar role.
• A passion for gymnastics and a strong understanding of basic gymnastics techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with young children and their families.
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of each child.
• A commitment to creating a safe and fun learning environment.
