Description/Notes: Provide a comprehensive, developmental counseling program addressing the academic, career, and social-emotional needs of all PK–12 students. In a small school setting, the counselor is expected to be highly visible, responsive, and actively involved in all aspects of student support.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in School Counseling or related field
  • Valid Texas School Counselor Certification
  • Knowledge of counseling frameworks, child development, and crisis intervention
  • Ability to work effectively with students of all ages (PK–12), staff, and families

Salary Range: $1500 Above State Base; possible additional stipends

Benefits: 4-Day School Week; $280 monthly towards TRS health insurance
