Founded in 1975 by Sandy and Allen Streeter, Metroplex Gymnastics has been a cornerstone of the Allen community for decades. What started as a small family venture has grown into a thriving business, now led by their son Bryan and his wife Beth. With a focus on educating children through movement, the Streeter family has built a legacy of fostering growth, confidence, and joy in kids of all ages.

As a Recreational Gymnastics Instructor for our school-age program, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for our young gymnasts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching gymnastics skills to school-aged children in a recreational setting.
• Creating lesson plans that focus on skill development, confidence building, and teamwork.
• Ensuring the safety of all participants during classes.
• Providing positive feedback and encouragement to help children achieve their personal best.
• Collaborating with fellow instructors to maintain a welcoming and organized environment.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual with:

• At least 1 year of experience in gymnastics instruction or a related field.
• A passion for working with children and helping them grow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to create a fun and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
• A commitment to safety and professionalism.
