In this contract role, you'll play a vital part in supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development alongside a collaborative team of educators and specialists.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in school, ABA, behavioral support, or related educational settings preferred
• CPI certification, Safety-Care training, or de-escalation experience strongly valued
• Current or former RBT certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Consistent dependability, patience, and professional adaptability
• Strong commitment to supporting diverse student learning and behavioral needs

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students in various classroom settings
• Assist with classroom activities and daily student routines
• Use behavior intervention strategies and implement tailored student support plans
• Foster positive engagement and active participation among students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, administrators, and student support staff
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
