Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid and current licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting assessments and creating intervention plans
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, policies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience working with diverse student populations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psycho educational assessments to determine students' needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management support
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to staff and families
• Document sessions and maintain confidential records in accordance with regulations
