Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Anderson, Texas
Location: Anderson

This contract position nearby Anderson, TX, is designed for Registered Behavior Technicians and skilled professionals passionate about fostering academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth. As an integral part of the team, you will play a vital role during the  academic year, engaging daily alongside educators, therapists, and administrators to deliver impactful student support.

In this full-time opportunity, you will:
  • Deliver instructional, behavioral, and emotional support to students throughout the school day
  • Assist with classroom activities, routines, and transitions
  • Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies and individualized support plans
  • Foster positive student engagement, participation, and social skills development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and student support personnel
  • Contribute to a safe, consistent, and welcoming learning environment
Desired Experience &

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in schools, ABA therapy, behavioral support, or related settings
  • CPI certification, Safety-Care training, or de-escalation background highly valued
  • Current or former RBT certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting students with diverse needs
Compensation & Benefits:
