File Reader Undergraduate Admission - International ; Temporary Position

Overview

Division of Enrollment Management is hiring a temporary, part‑time File Reader to work remotely. The Reader reviews and prepares undergraduate domestic applications for the admission committee.

• Read undergraduate applications.
• Review high school transcripts, standardized test scores, recommendations, and essays.
• Calculate GPAs for all transcripts.
• Support office programs and projects.
• Adhere to University and unit‑level policies and procedures and safeguard University assets.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Learning agility: ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
• Teamwork: ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment.
• Technical proficiency: skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
• Communication: strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may be considered.
