- Knowledge of overall operation of instrumental music program
- Knowledge of state and UIL policies governing band
- Strong communication, public relations and interpersonal skills
- Managing band budgets, activity accounts and fundraising activities
- Collaborate with the band director
- Work with other district teachers and staff to create positive and supportive learning environment for student success
- Bachelor degree preferred.
