Role Description

The Instructional Manager - Elementary Bilingual is a full-time, on-site role based in New Caney, TX. This role is responsible for coaching and supporting elementary bilingual teachers and school leaders in implementing high-quality, standards-aligned curriculum and instructional practices. The Instructional Manager will design and facilitate professional development sessions, observe classrooms, provide actionable feedback, and model effective bilingual instructional strategies. They will collaborate with campus and district leaders to analyze student data, adjust instructional plans, and develop systems that support bilingual learners’ academic and language development.

The role also includes contributing to curriculum planning, creating tools and resources for educators, and maintaining strong, service-oriented relationships with school teams and community stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in Education and Educational Leadership, including experience in elementary bilingual or dual language settings.
  • Proficiency in Curriculum Development, with a track record of aligning materials and instruction to standards and supporting multilingual learners.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to facilitate adult learning, provide clear feedback, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders; bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Customer Service in an educational context, including responsiveness, relationship-building, and solution-oriented support for schools and families.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field required; advanced degree, relevant certifications, or bilingual/ESL endorsement preferred.
  • Experience as a classroom teacher or instructional coach in elementary grades, especially in bilingual or dual language programs.
  • Ability to analyze student data, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, school-based environment.
  • Commitment to educational equity, culturally and linguistically responsive practices, and ongoing professional learning.
