We are seeking a passionate, student-centered 4th Grade Self-Contained Classroom Teacher to join our dedicated elementary team. This position includes full responsibility for delivering core curriculum instruction in a supportive environment with small class sizes and strong instructional support. Position Overview:

The 4th Grade Self-Contained Teacher will provide rigorous, engaging instruction in all core content areas, including:
Reading/Language Arts Mathematics Science Social Studies Instruction will align with the Bluebonnet Learning Curriculum, ensuring high-quality, standards-based instruction designed to support academic growth for all learners.

  Deliver differentiated instruction aligned to state standards and the Bluebonnet curriculum Create a structured, positive, and engaging classroom environment Develop lesson plans that promote critical thinking and student engagement Use data to inform instruction and monitor student progress Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians Collaborate with grade-level teams and instructional coaches Implement effective classroom management strategies Participate in professional development and district initiatives
• Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Valid state teaching certification (Elementary or EC–6 preferred) Strong knowledge of elementary core curriculum and instructional best practices Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
