Missions

Under the authority of the Director of the Conservatory, and based on artistic and pedagogical expertise, you teach clarinet, develop curiosity and artistic engagement, participate in the pedagogical life of the institution, and propose cross-cutting projects within the pedagogical and artistic dynamic driven by the Montesson Conservatory. Missions / Activities of the position:

• Teach clarinet to a public of children, teenagers, and adult amateurs
• Participate in pedagogical and artistic actions in line with the orientations of the institution and local cultural actors
• Coordinate its programs and pedagogy with other teachers and with the project of the institution
• Identify and foster the expression, personality, and sensitivity of students

Additional activities:

• Pedagogical meetings

Working conditions:

• Part-time 6 hours of weekly classes (face-to-face pedagogical)
• Participation in events organized by the Conservatory: concerts, shows, auditions (evening and weekend)

Desired skills and knowledge:

• Holder of a State Diploma or DNSPM (or in the course of training), or failing that, a DEM
• Similar pedagogical experiences desired
• Great aptitude for teamwork and transversality
• Knowledge of repertoires and pedagogical methods, broad musical culture
• Knowledge of levels and organization of cycles, ability to evaluate students (continuous assessment)
• Communication skills
• Sense of public service
