Position Overview

As a Preschool Teacher at The Learning Experience – Dripping Springs, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom that exceeds Texas Childcare Licensing standards. You will implement the L.E.A.P. curriculum, use a cast of fun characters to bring learning to life, and share real‑time updates with parents through our digital platform.

Responsibilities
  • Implement the L.E.A.P. curriculum and create engaging lessons.
  • Develop a safe, organized classroom environment that meets licensing standards.
  • Use the digital platform to provide parents with real‑time updates and photos.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive, team‑player culture.
Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of professional experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool (Required).
  • High School Diploma required; CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in ECE/Education is a major plus.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Reliable, nurturing professional with a genuine passion for early childhood development.
