Job Title
Assist teacher(s) in preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements. Assist campus administrators as needed. Work under the supervision of certified teacher(s) and campus administrators.
QualificationsEducation/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Valid Texas educational aide certificate
Meet requirements as provided in federal regulations (NCLB)
Special Knowledge/SkillsAbility to work well with children with special needs
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to perform clerical duties, including file organization and management, word processing, and data entry
ExperienceSome experience working with special needs children (preferred)
Some experience working in a clerical position (preferred)
