We’re now looking for casual Diploma Educators — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

With a strong focus in community partnerships and a dedicated leadership support team, Lucas Kindergarten prides itself on delivering high quality programs that empower children to grow into independent and respectful individuals. We are seeking educators who are enthusiastic about children’s learning and wellbeing and are looking to collaborate with a strong and dynamic team.

• Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development.
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
• Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired.

Diploma Educator.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it).
• A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning.
• Current Working With Children's Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Great teamwork, communication, and reliability.
