Placed under the direct supervision of the director of the establishment, you are responsible for the following missions:

• Teach your specialty
• Follow and evaluate your students (notably via the imuse software)
• Participate in the pedagogical reflection and the implementation of the establishment's project
• Ensure artistic surveillance and the updating of your practice
• Work in collaboration with ensembles and various classes
• Ensure the follow-up of the material necessary for your discipline
• Contribute to the musical life of the school in the dynamic of the development of artistic projects
• Participate in the different cultural events organized by the urban community
• Promote the class by implementing the establishment's project

Intercommunal Music and Dance School - rue Henri Odièvre 76430 Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc

Variable working hours depending on the obligations of the service

Required skills:

• State diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of the obligations of the civil servant, of the status of the territorial civil service
• Knowledge of the pedagogical orientation scheme and of the charter of artistic education
• Knowledge of the repertoire of the instrument taught and of the techniques of pedagogy
• Mastery of the instrumental technique
• Musical culture
• Ability to supervise a group of students, to accompany a class over 2 cycles of teaching
• Ability to adapt one's discourse according to the age of the students
• Ability to fit into a collective project of the establishment and of teaching
• Public service sense
• Team spirit
• Sense of relations with the public
• Autonomy

Art. L332-8 disposition 2 of the general code of the civil service - A contractual employee may be recruited on this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has succeeded. The proposed contract cannot exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
