Instructional Aide - Intermediate School North
Location: Mont Belvieu, Texas (Barbers Hill ISD)
Starting Date: Aug 3, 2026
Job DescriptionAssist classrom teacher in preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements. Work under the supervision of a certified teacher.
CompensationSalary Range Compensation Plan):
- Minimum: $11.89/hour
- Midpoint: $13.45/hour
- Salary commensurate with related experience
Employment Days: 187
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Have met formal academic assessment, associate’s degree, or two years of study at an institution of higher learning
- Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate (District will make application to TEAonce candidate is selected)
- Ability to work with small hildren
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of general office equipment
