Location: McCamey
Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school, is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and collaborative programming.
You will design and deliver development initiatives, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources while working closely with teachers and staff to foster a nurturing, inclusive culture and long-term student success.
