East Texas A&M University is seeking a College Life Coach to support students across the first-year seminar and orientation programs. You will provide personalized guidance to students to improve academic skills, time management, and well‑being, collaborating across campus.
You will work with the Student Transition & Support team and partner with admissions, orientation, and engagement offices to promote student success and retention in a high-touch, student-centered environment.
