Testing Center Assistant

proctors both local and national exams on a 12-month, part-time basis at our south campus in van alstyne, tx.

this is a part-time position of 19 hours or less per week with an hourly salary of $18.00.

• 55% schedules and administers standardized tests, including, but not limited to, the tsi assessment, hesi admissions exam, clep (college level examination program), texas commission on law enforcement examinations, prometric's automobile service excellence examinations, act, hiset, and pearson vue examination, including ged.
• 20% maintains test security while facilitating the needs of students, faculty, staff, and the general public.
• 10% assists with maintaining records, collecting proctor fees, and securely storing test materials under the direction of the director of testing, tutoring and disability services.
• 10% administers grayson college proctored online courses exams and make-up exams as arranged by faculty.
• 5% performs other duties as assigned.

• outside contacts take the form of service to the public (students, visitors and vendors) requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
