This position anchors that mission. You'll develop the Guides who engage directly with students, helping them evolve into outstanding coaches rather than traditional instructors. You'll facilitate life skills workshops that students recall years afterward. You'll leverage performance data to pinpoint where students or Guides are underperforming and coach them toward excellence. You'll also maintain your own student cohort, ensuring the standards you uphold are the standards you demonstrate.

The multiplier effect is substantial. Each Guide you develop influences dozens of students. Every enhancement you contribute to campus culture amplifies across hundreds of young lives. Success isn't defined by meeting attendance or report generation. It's determined by whether students become more confident, disciplined, resilient, and capable due to the culture you helped establish.

• Develop and coach Guides to execute Alpha's coaching model with consistency, enthusiasm, and rigorous standards.
• Facilitate dynamic life skills workshops addressing communication, concentration, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students using established playbooks.
• Leverage student and Guide performance data to recognize coaching opportunities, eliminate obstacles, and produce measurable progress each week.
• Facilitate motivation sessions that enable every student to embrace ambitious goals and consistently reach them.
• Sustain your own student cohort while exemplifying the coaching quality and accountability you require from all Guides.

• Instructing academic content. Students achieve core academic learning independently via AI-powered learning platforms.
• Developing lesson plans or designing curriculum. Your responsibility is outstanding coaching, not producing instructional content.
• Managing classrooms via lectures, worksheets, or behavior management systems. Students direct their own learning, and you coach the habits enabling their success.
• Reducing expectations to sidestep challenging conversations. Elevated standards and authentic belief in each student's capability are inseparable.
• Defining success by activity rather than outcomes. Results hold greater weight than effort by itself.

Establish a coaching culture where outstanding Guides reliably develop students who are passionate about school, achieve academic mastery at an accelerated rate, and cultivate the resilience, leadership, and life skills necessary for success well beyond the classroom.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related discipline.

5+ years of experience leading adults in education, learning and development, youth leadership, coaching, or comparable performance-focused environment.

• Demonstrated success managing a team of five or more individuals, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and challenging accountability discussions.
• Experience engaging directly with children ages 5-14 in educational, developmental, athletic, or youth leadership contexts.
• Track record of building, launching, scaling, or substantially improving a program, team, school, business, or initiative.
