US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Lead program staff to provide appropriate developmental care and instruction for children and youth ages 6 weeks to 18 years in Child and Youth Services programs;
Implement developmentally appropriate activities to promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth;
Instruct team members with written instructions, reference materials, and supplies;
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans, schedules, and developmentally appropriate activities based on observed needs and interests;
Ensure health and safety standards are followed in diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning/disinfecting surfaces, food service, safe sleep practices, and care of ill children and youth
