Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role involves developing and implementing educational programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in PK-5th grade children.

Responsibilities:

• Implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes literacy and math.
• Follow lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, including those with special education requirements.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment for all children.
• Provide individualized support and early intervention strategies for children who may need additional assistance.
• Foster strong communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with elementary children in a school setting is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and effective classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate various subjects including literacy, math, and physical education.
• Experience in behavior management strategies and tutoring is beneficial.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students.
