Living Oaks, a vibrant PreK–8th grade Waldorf-inspired educational community nestled on a 10-acre biodynamic farm, is seeking a passionate and organized Program Coordinator. Your Role as Program Coordinator

As our Program Coordinator, you will:

  • Be the central point of communication for faculty, staff, parents, and the broader community.
  • Act as a liaison, addressing questions and concerns promptly and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and accurate communication that reflects the values and spirit of Living Oaks.
  • Support teachers and observe classroom practices to ensure alignment with Waldorf educational principles.
  • Plan, promote, and execute festivals, parent education events, and community gatherings in collaboration with faculty and the festival committee.
  • Oversee logistics, manage RSVPs and schedules, and coordinate event marketing through flyers, newsletters, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the Enrollment team to support family retention, assist with tours, and help prospective families discover the unique Living Oaks experience.
  • Share administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong understanding of Waldorf education principles and philosophy.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and guiding concerns to the right resources.
  • Experience in event planning, marketing, or community engagement is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, parents, and students.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and communication tools (e.g., Canva, email platforms).
