Bobcat Den Daycare | Sunray CISD
Sunray CISD is seeking a caring, dependable, and organized individual to serve as the Director of Bobcat Den Daycare
.
The Daycare Director will oversee the daily operations of the daycare while providing a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for children and staff.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily daycare operations and staff
- Maintain compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing requirements
- Manage staff schedules and child-to-caregiver ratios
- Maintain required records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with parents, employees, and district administration
- Assist with hiring, training, and supervising daycare staff
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Perform other duties related to the successful operation of the daycare
- Must meet Texas Child Care Licensing requirements for a child-care center director
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, responsible, and able to lead a team
- Experience working in child care or early childhood education preferred
