As a Field Service Technician in the Siemens Wind Power Service division, you will ensure quality, safety and customer service on site. You will monitor and improve personal performance, help develop field procedures, and contribute to excellent customer service.

• Demonstrate strong initiative and motivation to learn new technology and apply it to personal success.
• Work a flexible schedule as required by site demands.
• Complete basic training in the iron and metal industry and/or electrical field.
• Operate electro‑technical and hydraulic machinery.
• Organize and plan daily/weekly work while maintaining a high level of quality orientation.
• Analyze and resolve problems independently with a goal‑oriented approach.

• Ability to learn basic electrical and/or mechanical skills.
• Associate’s degree or 1–2 years of vocational technical training preferred; high‑school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical ability to ascend to heights of 250 ft or greater and work in confined spaces.
• Flexibility to travel between sites; travel expected at 25 % of the time.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical systems, PLC programming and converters.
• Meet weight restrictions of 265 lb or less for safety regulations.
• Medical clearance to ensure compliance with weight and safety requirements.
