Position Specific Description

Next Era Energy is currently seeking a Wind Turbine Control Specialist who can apply diversified knowledge of OEM level controls, SCADA principles, and IT/OT concepts to a broad variety of assignments supporting wind power generation. The employee is responsible for independently interpreting, organizing, and executing assignments supporting wind turbine individual and site-level communication and control. This role is also responsible for providing technical guidance, support, and mentoring to other team members as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a sense of accountability and urgency required to make informed decisions regarding safety, regulatory compliance, system integrity, and technical scope under limited supervision. Alternative position levels are available for the right candidate.
