Wind Site Supervisor - Dublin, TX

Overview

Vestas Site Supervisor – Dublin, TX (Silver Star site). In this position, key accountabilities include safety leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance. You’ll perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines. You will work at heights and in confined spaces, and will be exposed to the elements as you work up-tower each day. The position may require up to 25% travel per year.

• Perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and maintain a culture of safe behaviors.
• Engage in technical problem solving, manage the site budget, promote operational efficiency, and manage customer accounts and service contracts.
• Lead a team to ensure compliance and optimal safety results.

• Associate degree or equivalent years in management/leadership experience in a service field industry. Will consider 3–5 years of similar industry or technology such as hydraulic, rotating heavy equipment service and maintenance.
• Safety-focused mindset with the ability to lead a team and drive a culture of engagement, excellence, and continuous improvement at the site.
