Field Services Engineer
Position at SUNGROW(Y) in China.
Service management, process optimization, service offers and proposals.
Responsibilities- Service partner management, including contracting, work evaluation, etc.
- Conduct service sales work to meet the yearly target (Optional).
- Oversee the field service operation from pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs.
- Ensuring that the on-site services complies with the local work health and safety requirements.
- Planning and coordinating tasks as well as liaising with other divisions of the business to complete jobs in a timely manner.
- Keep a good record of the service cases, spare parts & unit inventory, consumption records and service revenue & expenses.
- Organize, participate and accompany customers on long-term cooperation greeting and social activities.
- Communicate with the management, sales team, local service partners and customers to support the business development.
