• Associate's degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of oil and gas industry experience
• Proven gas lift experience, including familiarity with beam, gas lift, and ESP wells
• Basic computer proficiency and SCADA system familiarity
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent safety awareness and adherence to protocols
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Experience with oil and gas regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of environmental safety practices
• Advanced computer skills or certifications
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience in field operations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of hands‑on field experience in well maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting within the oil and gas sector

• This position is safety‑sensitive and subject to random drug and alcohol screening
• Willingness to work a 7/7 rotation schedule
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
