O&M Site Technician II

THIS IS AN ON-SITE POISITION IN Ganado, TX.

This position involves work at solar PV power plants maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting AC and DC circuits ranging from medium voltage (13.8kV and below) to 12 VDC.

• Testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and replacing solar PV power plant related electrical equipment.
• Gather technical information from electrical schematics, vendor documentation, and applicable codes.
• Perform current and voltage measurements as needed.
• Apply reliability‑based maintenance philosophies and pursue certifications such as CMRT and CMRP.
• Conduct plant preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance scheduled by the Site Manager and/or Lead Technician.

• Ability to use electrical test equipment such as DMM, megger, and multi‑process calibration devices.
• Strong knowledge in electrical theory and troubleshooting techniques.
• Operational power plant experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent desired.
• 0‑3 years of related experience desired.
• TX Electrician license.
• Availability for daily regional travel to job sites as needed.
• Valid driver’s license operable in all 50 states and Canada with a clean driving record.
• Consistent use of PPE in accordance with EGPNA, NFPA, or OSHA guidelines.
