Pipeliner

Plains All American Pipeline is seeking a Pipeliner I to support safe, reliable operation of crude oil and NGL pipelines and terminals. In this entry-level field role, you will patrol pipeline right-of-way, assist with routine inspections, perform basic maintenance, monitor pressures and flows, and support leak detection and response efforts. You will operate tools and equipment under supervision, follow strict safety and environmental procedures, and maintain detailed records.

Working with experienced technicians, you'll gain hands-on experience in midstream operations and opportunities for growth in a performance-driven, safety-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Patrol pipeline right-of-way and report potential issues
• Assist with routine inspections of pipelines, valves, and facilities
• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks under supervision
• Monitor operating conditions, pressures, and flows
• Support leak detection, emergency response, and shutdown procedures
• Operate hand tools and light equipment safely
• Follow safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures
• Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and reports
• Coordinate with control center and field technicians
• Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training
