Energy Marshal
Journeyman-level electrical experience with 4–5 years of high-voltage experience. Strong understanding of electrical systems and energy hazards. Experience with LOTO, energy isolation, and hazardous energy control programs. Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926, NFPA 70E, NEC, and related safety standards. Ability to review and approve safety documentation, permits, isolation plans, and MOPs. OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E Nice to have skills include data center project experience.
The Energy Marshal will help enforce electrical and energy safety protocols, coordinate hazardous energy activities across trades and contractors, and serve as the main point of contact for energy-related risk management. This role will work closely with project managers, safety teams, engineers, and contractors to maintain a safe and compliant jobsite. Looking for individuals with experience in structural, civil or both.
Salary $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
