Location: La Grange
LCRA is seeking an entry-level Plant Operator I to support operations at a coal-fired power plant. You will monitor equipment, operate switch gear, isolate and tag out equipment, and troubleshoot process initiatives.
This role offers structured training and hands-on development. You will work with maintenance and instrumentation teams during outages, and perform routine rounds to monitor equipment and ensure safe, reliable operations.
