Rig Up is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join their team in Kenedy, Texas. These operators will be responsible for well operations, gas lifted wells, ESPs, three phase separation, and pipeline operations. The ideal candidates will have several years of experience in oil & gas production and a strong understanding of field operations. • Level II: 3-5 years of experience and general working knowledge of systems, terminology, and procedures
• Level III: 5-7 years of experience and thorough working knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures
• Level IV: 7+ years of experience as a technical/functional specialist
• Ability to perform maintenance, take readings, do rounds, issue work permits, and follow procedures
• Ability to proactively monitor well and equipment performance
• Ability to work with support groups and interface with engineering
