Oilfield Lease Operators - 8/6 - Three Rivers, TX

The Bergaila Companies is seeking Lease Operators to join their dynamic team near Tilden/Three Rivers, Texas. These professionals will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing oilfield production assets. The ideal candidates are experienced in oilfield operations, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to support a 12+ month project with a reputable company.

• Minimum of 1 years’ oilfield experience
• Strong knowledge of artificial lift and plunger lift operations
• Proficiency with SCADA/Cygnet systems and production software (eVIN)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and production issues
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must reside within 50-60 miles of Three Rivers, TX
• Ability to work in an 8/6 shift rotation
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and company policies

• Additional experience with other oilfield equipment or automation systems
• Familiarity with safety and environmental protocols in oilfield settings
• Basic understanding of reservoir management and production optimization
• Technical certifications or further education in oilfield operations
