Multi-Skilled Operators - 10/4, 7/7 Rotations

Rig Up is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join their team in Kenedy, Texas. These operators will be responsible for well operations, gas lifted wells, ESPs, three phase separation, and pipeline operations. The ideal candidates will have several years of experience in oil and gas production and be able to work various rotation schedules. • Level II: 3-5 years of experience and general working knowledge of systems, terminology, and procedures
• Level III: 5-7 years of experience and thorough working knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures
• Level IV: 7+ years of experience as a technical/functional specialist
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions appropriate to experience level
• Ability to perform maintenance, take readings, do rounds, and interface with support groups
• Ability to work scheduled rotations (10/4, 7/7, 8-12 hour days)

• Experience acting as a lead coordinating the work of others (Level IV)
