Principal LTE Engineer

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on expertise in RAN, LTE Core, and 5G Core
• Proven experience with carrier-grade networking
• Proficient in routing and switching technologies
• Competence in troubleshooting across OSI Layers 1–7
• Strong background in packet analysis and lab work
• Experience collaborating with major telecom vendors, such as Ericsson
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated proactive ownership in resolving complex network challenges

• Lead end-to-end troubleshooting of wireless network issues
• Collaborate closely with on-site teams to address technical challenges
• Oversee and manage complex projects within our wireless network infrastructure
• Engage in hands-on engineering tasks to ensure optimal network performance
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the telecom industry
