Role Description

Integrity Bio Chem is seeking a full-time, on-site Scientist 1 in Mining Flotation to join our team at our facility in Cresson, TX. The Scientist 1 will be responsible for developing and optimizing flotation chemistries for mining processes. Daily responsibilities will include executing laboratory experiments, analyzing and interpreting data, and collaborating cross-functionally with development and production teams. The scientist will engage in designing innovative solutions to enhance our clients' operational efficiency while maintaining environmental responsibility.

Qualifications
  • Strong technical background in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with mining flotation processes, chemical formulation, and laboratory procedures.
  • Demonstrated skills in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving to support experimental outcomes.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and project management abilities, with a focus on innovation and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and software used for testing and data collection.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and willingness to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field with industry-related experience is a plus.
