Process Engineer
Location:

Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities- Simulate the temperature profile of the hydrocarbon distillation system
- Simulate the static state of mass and energy balance for distillation towers
- Calculate required flow capacity and determine suitable pump type for the hydraulic transportation system based on flow, pump head and fluid properties
- Perform hydraulic checks for pump and control valve
- Determine the heat duty of heat exchangers
- Develop processes to improve heat transfer efficiency
- Design and implement waste gas treatment for the hexene boiler to reduce pollution
- Design and implement steam and condensate system
- Design, test, install, start-up, and commission distributed control system
- Review and modify process parameters of distributed control system
- Review process flow diagrams and instrument diagrams
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical and Materials Engineering and at least 1 year of related work experience.
