The WorkAs a Senior Test Software Automation Engineer, you will design and develop automated test station software used to test RF/Digital/Analog/Power modules, subsystems, and systems. Responsibilities include the design, development, and maintenance of the project, presenting design documentation for customer and team reviews, integrating and validating test software, and generating costing/proposal data for new business.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Experience with test solution software development and system/component integration & test.
- Experience working with commercial test equipment including signal generators, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, etc.
- Test automation design and measurement experience or knowledge.
- LabVIEW development.
- C/C++ software development.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
- Mat Lab knowledge.
- RF testing.
- Experience leading design projects.
- Knowledge of software as it applies to test development.
- Linux system administration knowledge.
- Windows 11 system administration knowledge.
- Distributed computing knowledge.
- Client-server model knowledge.
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.

Pay RateThe annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC is $85,500 – $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
