We are looking for a Process Development Engineer who will increase efficiency in our company's production processes, contribute to our digital transformation goals, and guide automation projects.
Qualifications we are looking for
* Graduated from Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
* 2-3 years of experience,
* Advanced English language skills,
* Strong analytical thinking skills, interested in project management and process improvement,
* Team player, innovative, and results-oriented.
Job Description
* Support the definition and control of processes in facilities and the management of daily operations.
* Lead process automation projects; carry out the necessary hardware/software design, coordination, commissioning, and training processes.
* Learn, develop, and integrate Industry 4.0 technologies (Automation, MES, Digitalization, Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twins, Big Data/Data Analytics) into processes,
* Develop projects aimed at improving efficiency, delivery time, capacity, and process flow in line with new industrial approaches,
* Play an active role in project management processes; ensure coordination with relevant departments (facilities, systems, suppliers, etc.) to achieve defined goals,
* Execute proposal and implementation processes for new tools, techniques, or systems to improve value-added processes,
* Define standard operating procedures and support the implementation of new techniques.
* Contribute to the suggestion, analysis, and implementation processes within the scope of facility process change management.
* Play an active role in ensuring the correct design and suitability of facilities.
