* This role is aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions ("Diamond Infra") company and will be seconded from Dow to Diamond Infrastructure Solutions until January 1, 2027.  At that time, the role will become directly aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions Company. 
* About this role Leads hub or site environmental compliance and implementation of the environmental management systems for waste and wastewater. Maintains the license to operate for the site or hub. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines. Responsibilities
* Leads implementation of global environmental management systems.
* Leads environmental performance improvement as it pertains to solid waste and wastewater management.
* Coordinates, implements, and optimizes environmental programs and compliance programs across site/hub.
* Participates in incident investigations and the corrective action process for environmental issues and opportunities.
* Performs central review of all waste and wastewater related documents and submittals to ensure consistency and compliance goals are met.
* Performs Requirements Management Work Process (RWMP) roles as needed.
* Initiates and supports MOCs for EH&S programs and compliance matters as necessary.
* Acts as Agency Visit protocol owner and implementer.
* Manages permits including submittal of permit applications for new and modified equipment, requests for permit changes, and submittal of permit renewal applications.
* Coaches, trains, and mentors EH&S technicians.
* Performs site or plant gap assessments around EH&S work process implementation.
* Develops, reviews, monitors, creates and deliver training as appropriate. Qualifications
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
* A minimum of 6 years EH&S, manufacturing or related experience.

* A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
