BIM/VDC Technician (Temporary)

Location: Childress, TX

Pay: $40-57.50 (plus $1050/week per diem, that's an additional $54,600/yr) (50hrs a week)

We are seeking a BIM/VDC Technician for a temporary assignment supporting industrial construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), and 3D coordination
. You’ll work both on-site and in-office
, collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality digital construction models.

• Manage and process BIM models from designers, subcontractors, and project teams
• Create and publish federated models using Navisworks Manage
• Perform clash detection, quantification, and model coordination
• Maintain BIM libraries and automate model-building workflows
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders on model accuracy
• Support Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and project platforms
• Document, organize, and archive project models

• 2–4 years of experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
• Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM tools
• Experience with Python, Dynamo, or scripting (preferred)
• Knowledge of VDC methods, digital fabrication, and construction workflows
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• 50-hour work week
• Flexible schedule required for construction timelines
