What Will Be Your Missions?You will be involved in:
- Performing impact analyses of evolutions on the test repository;
- Writing test procedures/scenarios to be executed;
- Executing and analyzing tests on the platform;
- Writing test reports and coverage analysis matrix;
- Writing project verification reports;
- Producing elements of your scope necessary for project reporting following defined indicators;
- Being a force of proposal and contributing to continuous improvement (REX, process improvements, etc.).
- Methods & Tools: test benches, Python, Wireshark, DOORS;
- Standards & References: ARP
4754 or EN50128 depending on the sector; - Development Cycle: V-cycle, continuous integration, formal validation for critical milestones.
- Team:
Integrated into our client's teams, you remain fully connected to the SOLENT community through our internal events, team meetings, and communities (e.g., climbing club or board game society). - Management:
The SOLENT method, a technical management of proximity (with regular individual follow-up points and weekly team meetings), a structured onboarding, and permanent access to our experts to accelerate your skill development. Follow-up meetings with your manager and the client are organized at least once a semester.
- Graduated from a top-tier engineering school or an equivalent university degree in embedded systems and/or complex systems, with initial practical experience acquired through internships or apprenticeships, and you wish to continue progressing in this field.
- Proactive and a force of proposal, capable of anticipating needs and proposing solutions before they become problems.
- Able to work in English, whether reading technical documents, writing reports, or communicating with international counterparts.
- Motivated by technical challenges, you enjoy understanding systems in depth and progressing in challenging projects.
- With a good team spirit, a critical sense, a sense of service, clear communication, and a synthesis spirit, you know how to collaborate effectively while bringing your point of view.
- Eager to develop your technical skills and evolve in varied environments, to progressively build your professional journey.

Our process is designed to allow you to discover us as much as we discover you. It takes place in 3 steps:
1⃣ Qualification call — 15 min with a recruiter
2⃣ Technical interview & background — 1h A meeting with an engineer and a recruiter to delve into your background, technical experiences, and to present our projects in detail.
3⃣ Final interview — career & SOLENT project An exchange with your future manager and the recruitment head to discuss your internal trajectory, ambitions, and long-term vision at SOLENT.
