Apave is looking for a Technician in Mechanical Maintenance H/F, in a permanent position for SOPEMEA, a subsidiary of the Apave Group specialized in industrial tests and measurements, certification assistance, and training.

SOPEMEA also has an engineering service that supports major players in the aerospace, space, and defense industries in the qualification and/or certification (CE marking, aviation, etc.) of their equipment.

Within the Mechanical and Electronics Maintenance service, the team carries out its missions both on the company's sites and on external client sites.

Concretely, what will your daily routine consist of?

After your integration process, you will be involved in several missions:

• Curative and preventive mechanical maintenance of test equipment: vibrating pots, vibration tables, centrifuges, shock machines, traction, compression, bending, hardness...
• Carrying out measurements before and after maintenance and comparing them with the manufacturer's specifications
• Improvement and standardization works of installations
• Writing intervention reports
• Client support and advice

Position attached to the Vélizy-Villacoublay (78) site with regular trips to clients.

Let's talk about you!

First, your background:

With a type Bac Pro, Bac Technique, BTS or equivalent in mechanics or electromechanical, you have a successful 2 to 3 years minimum experience in maintenance (itinerant) in your specialty.

Then, your skills and personal qualities:

You master troubleshooting methods and know how to analyze technical diagrams.

You have complementary knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics.

You are recognized for your relational skills, your availability, and your customer service sense.

Your work rigor, your technical curiosity, and your high integrity will also be a guarantee of success for this position.

Finally, you have a B permit. It is essential, as you will be required to travel regularly throughout France.
