Apave is looking for a Responsable Service Métrologie H/F, in CDI for SOPEMEA, a subsidiary of the Apave Group specialized in industrial tests and measurements, assistance to certification and training.

SOPEMEA also has an engineering service that supports major players in the aerospace, space and defense industries in the qualification and/or certification (CE marking, aviation, etc.) of their equipment.

At the head of the metrology service, for the technical fields CEM (electromagnetic compatibility) and MECA/CLIM, you will rely on metrology correspondents in the various laboratories of the group.

Concretely, what will your daily routine consist of?

After your integration process, you will be involved in several missions:

• Technically manage the engineers and technical correspondents metrology.
• Ensure the follow-up of all SOPEMEA test equipment relying on metrology correspondents.
• Ensure the compatibility between the needs of the test laboratories and the requirements of the Cofrac ISO 17025 accreditation.
• Optimize and develop internal calibration methods following the standardized references of the different technical fields.
• Ensure the validity of the uncertainty calculations associated with calibration operations.
• Perform numerous metrology operations, calibration certificates and verification statements in connection with the EMT (Maximum Tolerated Deviations) provided by the test laboratories.
• Train your colleagues in local metrology operations and train with your colleagues for the skills you might lack.

In the context of your missions you will be required to travel to the different SOPEMEA group sites.

Let's talk about you!

First, your background:

Holder of a Bac+2 to Bac+5, you have significant experience in metrology and/or CEM and climato mechanical measurements.

You are if possible familiar with the use of a vector network analyzer.

Then, your skills, your personal qualities:

Organized, rigorous, you are able to work autonomously and proactively on many files.

You have a good level of English reading and writing.
