In the context of its activities in the provision and installation of systems in the field of air traffic control, the aeronautics department France & Services of Ineo Energy & Systems is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Deputy Business Manager for high / low current installations.
You will accompany the Business Manager in the operational management of technical projects, ensuring the proper execution of the affairs in compliance with quality, deadlines, costs, and safety commitments. You will pilot the field teams and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also ensure effective coordination between the different internal and external stakeholders (Design Office, Workshop, Management Service).
Specialized in the installation of critical systems related to aviation safety and security. The project manager intervenes on complex projects integrating radio communication and air navigation equipment such as VHF, ILS, radiogoniometers, VOR/DME, as well as on the associated infrastructures: runway lighting, control towers, technical blocks, and dedicated data centers.
The position is based in Vélizy-Villacoublay, with frequent travel in France.
Your main missions:
- Assist the Business Manager in the complete management of projects related to airport equipment and infrastructures
- Operationally pilot the sites while ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and specific technical and regulatory requirements for aeronautical installations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners (subcontractors, suppliers, airport authorities) to ensure quality, safety, and compliance of interventions.
- Monitor and optimize the technical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of installations.
- Participate in the development and validation of commercial offers and associated action plans in the context of renewals or new projects.
- Ensure documentation management and reporting related to the progress of affairs, incidents, quality controls, and project follow-up meetings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and practices integrating technological innovations and energy transition requirements.
- Provide reactive technical support to clients and field teams.
- Network animation with clients and privileged relationship with project managers and client experts.
- Follow up on subcontractors and suppliers.
This position requires a fine understanding of the operational and technical issues of the sector to effectively respond to client needs.
The following skills are required:
- Understanding of infrastructures: control towers, technical blocks, data centers
- Ability to read and interpret plans, technical diagrams, execution files
- Capacity to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Project management: planning, budget monitoring, risk management
- Service sense and priority management in emergency situations
- Initiative spirit and problem-solving
Education:
Bac+3 to Bac+5 (engineer, specialized energy/electrotechnical BTS/DUT).
Significant experience in the airport sector or similar critical systems is appreciated.
Practice of English, written and spoken, is an asset in the context of our international partnerships.
